When you enroll or purchase any training course or taking any services from The Investment Point, you consent to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

• There will not be any Partial or Full refund and Cancellation against the Sum of the Amount Paid for The Investment Point Training Program.
• We will provide our best efforts to complete the Online/Offline Learning Successfully.
• Learning may vary depending upon individuals, their time spent learning, and their ability to grasp.
• Any difficulties related to online/offline learning, you may contact us at support@theinvestmentpoint.in for further clarifications on the Course Curriculum as mentioned on the website only.
• Retake of any course is subject to availability.
• Any unprofessional behavior in class or over call with any staff or trainer will serve you instant termination from the course or service you enrolled without any refund.
• Cancellation by client/student due to illness or any personnel or professional reason will not be entitled for refund. The Investment Point can consider few circumstances and give a fair chance not to loose your hard earned money and can offer alternate option to join other available on-going or new class, only after our Management Decision & Approval.
• This Refund Policy is a part of, and incorporated within, the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with The Investment Point for any training program or courses and self paced learning programs or any services offered through this Website, you expressly accept that you have read and understood our Refund Policies and you accept to be bound by our terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to close all the uses of The Investment Point services and terminate your access or account.
